Well, it’s official. We’re now a virus.
Or more, accurately, we’ve gone viral. As of midnight Monday, The 3/50 Project website has seen more than (drum roll, please) 7,500 “absolute unique visitors.” Total visits, including return trips, pop up over the 8,600 mark.*
Yeah. I did a double take too. Right before letting out a big, juicy woooooohoo!
In addition, several hundred supporters have registered, which is creating one heck of a data entry project in my office. If you’re one of them, but don’t see your business listed yet, please do not submit another registration form. Just hang in there while fingers fly over the keyboard on this end.
If you haven’t wandered beyond the Supporters page lately, check out the Resources tab. A window banner and countertop sign were added, as well as the link to order a free window cling (graciously donated by The Chicago Market) and a press release reporting on our stellar first steps.
Thanks to you hearty souls who continue to spread the word-—especially the bloggers, Facebook fans (all 752 of them…so far), and Twitter users who push The 3/50 Project nationwide. It’s your voices that carry this message home. Rock on, my friends. Rock on.

Way to go! It will be really phenomenal when we see all those who have joined FB and LinkedIn and who are following on Twitter. I know that number is in the tens of thousands. It will be great for those of us who have been pushing to be able to see our results – and encourage those who have already listened, agreed, and joined in to start pushing too. Sometimes seeing a name on a list starts the wheels rolling and you think of 30 more to contact. Let’s keep on keepin’on!
