I guarantee Delta won’t be doing this

When it comes to airlines, most of us who fly often have our favorites. Being from Minnesota, the (now retired) red tails of Northwest Airlines signaled familiar territory for me. My parents, however, who spend part of the year in southern Cal are Southwest fans, able to snag decent seats at even more decent prices, even on short notice.

Do they get this kind of in-flight entertainment, though? You’d be surprised. Southwest gives their flight attendants a bit more latitude than most, and the staff seems to enjoy and run with it. Rarely do Southwest travelers have negative things to say about their in-air staff experience.

Customer service follow through
